This 2000 sq. ft. apartment is perched on top of a cliff above an alpine stream. It faces south-south west and has far reaching views of the Roseg Glacier. The orientation of this four bedroom apartment means that the sun penetrates deep into the plan, especially in winter. A fireplace ensures a sense of warmth and protection during the evenings and nights where temperatures regularly drop below -10deg C. A long balcony can be used for external dining and for sunset reading in fur clad armchairs.
