On this small site, currently occupied by two garages, and complicated by tight planning restrictions, we propose to squeeze a 1040 sq. ft. house.
The basement extends over the entire site, and includes two small lightwells to serve the three bedrooms and study. The ground floor living areas overlook a small garden, and there is an additional bedroom in the attic.
